“In a seat of honour near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability (Muqtadir).”

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “The hearts of the children of Adam are all between two fingers of the Most Merciful, like one heart, and He turns it however He wills.” Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “O Allah, Turner of hearts, turn our hearts to obedience to You.”
