business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3
business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account for credit
card refunds. between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

We pack all Wall Arts Frames in strong Paper tube very
carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive
damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if
it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take

Generally, you will receive your purchase in 1-3 weeks after

The works are packaged by Islamic Wall Arts and follow a
standardized packaging process. Ships in a tube (Only canvas) item will arrive
rolled in a quality Hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for
oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be
easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars)
and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we
highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for
cautious, professional unrolling of the Wall Arts Work. Ships in a cardboard
box (Small-size Wall Arts Work with stretched/framed) item will ship flat in a
sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure Wall Arts Works are shipped
according to our very high standards. Expect your Wall Arts Work to arrive with
plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it
travels from Islamic Wall Arts to your home. Ships in a crate (Large-size Wall
Arts Work with stretched/framed) item will ship in a wooden crate. Large Wall
Arts Works are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art
all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our
strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey and will be
tightly sealed together.
