Quality Promise
Last updated July 20, 2026

Our quality promise begins with clarity. Before a customer chooses an item, the product page should explain what they will receive, whether it is a digital download or a physical product, together with the relevant size, format, framing, printing, delivery and licence information. A beautiful image should never hide an important limitation.
Meaning deserves the same care as materials. Arabic, Qur’anic references, translations and religious learning content require careful sourcing and human review. Technology may help organise or draft information, but it does not replace qualified scholarship, reliable sources or responsible final approval.
Digital and printed with purpose
Digital files should match the formats and dimensions stated in the listing and be prepared for practical home or professional printing. Physical products should describe their materials, finish, measurements and fulfilment clearly. Because screens, printers, paper and ink reproduce colour differently, customers are encouraged to ask before purchasing when a precise requirement matters.
Care beyond the purchase
Quality also means responding when something is unclear or goes wrong. If an item arrives damaged, differs materially from its description or a download cannot be accessed, customers can contact us so the issue can be reviewed fairly. Product-specific delivery, returns and digital-use terms remain available on the relevant policy pages.
A promise to improve
We welcome respectful feedback and correct genuine errors when they are identified. Our standard is not perfection claimed in advance; it is honesty, care and a willingness to improve. Every product and learning page should leave the customer better informed than when they arrived.
